      I organised a very successful celebratory opening ceremony, promoting new Surgery expansion, including creating and sending invitations to officials, developers and staff, and catering for the event (including designing and commissioning a cake for the occasion). I also produced a digital slideshow of the new expansion development, and a large pictorial display showing the photographic history of the Practice. I liaised with the local newspaper and wrote a press release about the event, which was published. This project required initiative and strong organisational and communication skills. Show less

This primarily involved aiding their student admissions marketing scheme, and also managing several other highly engaging tasks. These included rejuvenating the School of Design Facebook page to boost interactivity, and co-ordinating the voluntary student tour guides on up-coming undergraduate and postgraduate Open Days.With increasing task requests made throughout my contract, this demanded flexibility and prioritising, with good time-management skills, and it was imperative that all work produced was on-brand and accurately represented the University of Leeds.
