  Headed the department responsible for keeping Core Banking up and running in 24500+ Branches / Offices pan India, supporting 30+ Customer facing delivery channels of SBI.One of the major achievements was shifting of DR location of Core Banking. It must be first of its kind for such a large Bank in the industry. The movement of DR site was absolutely seamless and transparent to all the users including Branches / Offices pan India, and 35+ Customer facing delivery channels of SBI, without any downtime. Led the team to complete transformational project of virtualization of 24500+ Branch Servers in Data Centre. Largest private cloud in the World with 30000+ VMs at single location with 100% DR. The stack consisted of VMware, Cisco and Dell EMC for storage and replication. Hadoop for Core banking transactional data with more than 11 years of data was extensively used for addressing data / Statement demands from Customers / Branches.Led the team to develop monitoring tool based on the anomalies in transaction velocity. The tool provided near real-time monitoring of major Channel transactions and branches not doing BAU. The tool is being extensively used at the highest level in the Bank. Show less
