I started at the company as the first Systems Analyst, coming to a just developers environment and changing, with the entire team, the way to work, from just develop local and simple applications, hard to scale and not documented at all, to a total predefined with all the technical, proprietor and bureaucratic documentation project briefcase. Leading, under the Software Development Manager, the analyst and design, developing and testing divisions, in order to handle the flow of the projects and software results.In order to give the results, have the complete documentations for the company was used the next tools: MSF for the documentations base, ending with a Functional Specifications Manual, Testing From and script, User manual, Migration Plan, Capitation and more. For the software designs use the MS Visual Studio 2010 Pro Modeling projects (supported with some MS Visio models) to handle Use Case, Class, Structure, Sequence and other diagrams. Tested several tools and options (Visual Modeling Platform, DIA, ArgoUML, smartDraw and others) to get the best options for the company on the designs needs.  Use, handle and support coworkers with this tools: MS Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server Database (2005 - 2008), Reporting Services (SSRS) and Integration Services (SSIS), MS Visio, TFS (Team Foundation Server) and others.Achievements: Sistema de Gestión de Nómina (Payroll Management System), this application is made to handle the 2nd biggest payroll of the country, with more than 500,000 beneficiary, 9 different programmes and 4 different banks, paying more than RD$ 400 million DOP Show less
