To fulfill these responsibilities, they analyze and evaluate intelligence; estimate the operational situation; and formulate, coordinate, execute appropriate plans.   Successfully led the company through a 12 month deployment to Afghanistan, providing dedicated Human Intelligence Exploitation Teams and Counter Intelligence Support Elements to all maneuver battalions and regiments within the area of operations. Over the course of the year these teams produced 6000 reports directly impacting combat operations.Developed and implemented a successful program to train CI/HUMINT Company in full spectrum counterinsurgency and human intelligence operations, ensuring all teams were fully integrated with supported maneuver forces through participation in pre-deployment exercises and staff planning and integration.Coordinated the logistical deployment of more than 15 teams and the company headquarters from multiple global locations to and from Afghanistan over the course of 12 months.Supervised and coordinated logistic support for elements spread over 60 bases and combat outposts in a challenging and austere environment. Acted as branch chief for North and West Africa leading a planning team and representing the Intelligence Directorate as lead intelligence planner in support of developing detailed plans to achieve outcomes outlined in the Theater Campaign Plan. Advised a multinational planning team on US support for plans to train African security forces and developed a plan to ensure multinational intelligence sharing in support of various operations.
