  Peter was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Care Management Group (CMG) and subsequently Achieve Together (CMG and Regard) for 13 years. Whilst working for CMG and Achieve Together, Peter was responsible for the operational management and strategic development of all of the company's residential and supported living services for people with learning disabilities. This portfolio consisted of 360 services and approximately 5,000 staff across the country. Peter was responsible for ensuring that all services operated to a high standard and met both quality and financial targets. As a Board Director, Peter also had a lead responsibility in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction.
