Other duties included manpower allocation, material planning, and coordination with sister departments for quick turn around of trains.

  I oversaw manufacturing activities of the Axle manufacturing division of the unit. My responsibilities included production planning, material planning, budgeting, training and upskilling of the workforce. I looked after a team of 210, and controlled a procurement budget of about USD 15M.- Led the team to achieve a 7.14% production increase over existing plant capacity generating additional revenue of $3.87Mn.
