  Led a team which quickly responded to the US Government’s abrupt shutdown of the Loran network by creating synchronization circuits to backup neighboring sites, and evaluated options. Sought and received Executive approval for $3,000,000, expedited purchase, deployment and turn-up of 100 Cesium Beam Oscillators across Sprint’s nationwide network. Customer traffic was never impacted by a synchronization issue.Authored technical standards for ordering, configuring, testing and revision control of SONET, network synchronization and network synchronization equipment.Provided technical support to Operations, Engineering and Regulatory groups within Sprint.
