      Beginning my career as a Graduate Sales Exec in November 2013 I have since transitioned into Fujitsu Services Limited and been aligned with the Networks &Telecoms (N&T) service line formerly known as Fujitsu Telecommunications Ltd (FTEL). Since the transition in July 2014 I have pursued a career in business support within N&T. My role encompasses the following responsibilities: Account management, Contract renewal management, Tender response management, managing business continuity to comply to ISO Standard 22301, managing business delivery processes, risk management, and managing SLA's, Alongside my new responsibilities pursuing my career with Fujitsu in general has helped me to develop my knowledge & experience within the IT industry in areas such as: Managed services, local area networks (LAN), network operations support, global wide area networks (GWAN), voice over internet protocol (VOIP), network operations support, cloud technologies, datacentres, technology products, environment control systems, the internet of things, Integrated estate management systems, and technical field repair services.My proudest achievement so far is gaining recognition from the Director of Fujitsu UK&I for my efforts in organising and ensuring the success of business continuity process for ISO Standard 22301 alongside the N&T business continuity manager.
