  Team Mentor

  As a Team Mentor I was responsible for the management and care of twelve 15/16 year old's partaking in NCS. As part of this I helped manage the group to carry out a social action project and was responsible for training individuals up for relevant roles in the project and for ensuring that goals were met. Alongside this I helped provided pastoral and well-being support for my groups.This opportunity helped to greatly improve me skills in team leadership, project management and pastoral care.
