  Develop investigative plans of EEO Title VI and Civil Rights and EEO Title VII complaints of discrimination to include, all functions of case management, who should be interviewed, the questions to be asked, and what documents should be reviewed, as well as adjusting the investigative plan considering new information. Conduct personal/telephonic investigative interviews including listening to and making written records of statements from complainants, witnesses, and others, reiterating statements to ensure an accurate transcription, covering all pertinent issues, and asking questions to gain clari1cation.Analyze information collected during an investigation to create an objective report, ensuring all identi1ed issues are addressed, the investigation is thorough in scope and depth, and the facts are well-supported.
