  I lead the capacity building strategy at Nigeria's foremost enterprise development non-profit including +curriculum development and implementation strategies, youth enterprise program design and management, learning outcome and pedagogy design, faculty management and overall management of youth enterprise programmes in the startup phase made up of over 1000 aspiring entrepreneurs per year. I have done this in 10 states across Nigeria getting perspectives on designing and implementing startup programmes to suit various situational and geographic contexts.My previous experience includes coordinating strategies for the FATE School of Entrepreneurship; managing mentorship programmes for aspiring and emerging entrepreneurs and also human resources management for a growing business. I am an advisor and mentor to leading startups and young entrepreneurs across different fields from different parts of the country and passionate about leading programme strategies that enable aspiring entrepreneurs develop the right foundations to build successful businesses.
