In the planning and consulting phase, my role was to support the management and engage with the client where necessary. During the execution, I supervised teams of 15-25 project assistants with the purpose of optimizing the workflow and ensuring that the deadline was kept.

  Corporate FP&APrimarily, I supported the processes of financial reporting and forecasting. The “bottom-up” approach required strong collaboration with the individual business units, followed by consolidation into a single report. Additionally, I was involved in working capital analysis in which my main contribution was the creation and development of an NWC analysis tool. ML FP&APrior to integration of Mærsk, ML FP&A focused on the core part of the business, container shipping. In addition to assisting the performance management and reporting processes, I had ownership of deliverables related to CFFI and CFFO forecasting, and cash flow analysis based on FX hedging.Furthermore, I had a few running tasks which were reported directly to top management.
