I worked as a key part of a team that served over 13,000 servings of pork from 18 menu items, which was over $90,000 of sales at two locations.Assisted with design work in Photoshop and InDesign by designing a promotional card used at the Ohio State Fair. Succeeded in volunteering at events across the state where I was able to talk to consumers and answer their questions about pork. Events I attended included the Ohio Dietetic Association conference, Taste of Home cooking show, Taste of Ohio cooking demonstration and the OPC educational displays. • Attended National Internship Training in Des Moines, Iowa at the World Pork Expo.
