      As a Program Manager for the City of Austin's Small Business Program, I created and facilitated an incubator and accelerator program. The incubator program, known as the Challenge Studio, is a year-long program for aspiring entrepreneurs to come together and build circular economy solutions to local social and environmental challenges. I also provide one-on-one coaching and classroom education to aspiring entrepreneurs and existing small business owners in and around Austin. I also work to develop curriculum for entrepreneurship education programs. The courses are designed to explore taking an idea from concept to reality. Classes include working out the details of a business idea using in-depth peer discussion and evaluation of business and marketing plans, sales and presentation skills, operating budgets and financial projections.
