  Data Enginnering is the main function performed, which requires inputs such as a costumer product demand, natural tendencies on the material, and voltage measurements; in order to deliver reports and optimal binning proposition in order to satisfy costumer demand, and reducing material scraping, overall increasing production efficiency. Constant improvements and proposal are prepared in order to keep raising the quality of the binning.A a Product Owner on the team, coordination has to be done, within the team the task required to achieve deliverables. Show less Something that has always been a concern for me is the people I work with, and the right ways to improve the work done as a team. In our department we work using the Scrum method, and as part of it some people has volunteer to help being Scrum master while maintaining their current position. I saw value in learning the techniques and the methods that goes into it as a way to improve myself and as to learn to manage work weight for the team members, in a way that still enable a great place to work without compromising the work deliverable.At this point while helping as a Scrum Master I am also learning the method and techniques to improve in that regard and get a certification on it. Show less As Product Development Engineer I have worked on a variety of functions, being mainly 2: Test Program Integration: basically took all the test prepared for quality control for the Server Processors at Intel. That involved communications with various Engineers to ensure a program that worked without compromising the integrity of the unit, and a final product (the test program in question) that is fully functional in all desired task. At one particular point I did handle the coordination of accepting the changes, fully validating the Test Program, and doing release to manufacturing for up to 6 product in the same family. This work usually involve a group of 6-7 persons, but I was able to manage that for 16 weeks before the product didn't require further improvement from all the test owners on it. Also another task, inside the same group, I worked in the introduction of a new test methodology debugging its correct operation, and establishing the standard for its usage, and distributing the knowledge necessary to all the members on the organization to ensure a smooth transition to said methodology.
