      Prior to my election, I had contributed to every section of the paper (Lifestyle, News, Sport, Features, Music, Arts). In my time as Editor of the Screen Section with my colleague Calum Baker, I managed to:• Rebrand the entire section after mishandling of previous editors• Achieve exclusive interview with Hollywood A-lister Danny Trejo• Attain accreditation for the BFI 54th London Film Festival – the first time the newspaper had done so.• Manage to balance degree work with fortnightly production of the paper.• Successfully attract over 50 different writers to write for the section Show less

      • This society is the University of Exeter's TV station and as administrator, my role required consistently good communication skills, and ability to manage and organise several groups at the same time.• In this role, I had to:- Book out cameras, computers and other equipment- Manage risk assessments - Deal with invoices, society finances and work with all the central Guild operative to remain on top of everything.• Furthermore, as part of XTV, I am co-producer with my friend Stephen O'Nion of the film show 'Cameo'. The process involves writing, editing, filming, directing, recruiting and everything else involved.• Recently, Episode 2 received a National Student Television Award for Best Factual show, where it was placed up against 20 different TV shows from universities around the country, and was decided upon by two high ranking BBC factual producers. Furthermore, the show has been longlisted for three awards at the internal XMedia awards here at Exeter University. Show less

Furthermore, I count and bank donations raised by the charities ranging from £5 to £5000. To further this, I aid the members of staff in ensuring budgets are maintained and bank totals are kept up to date through the use of MS Office. • In this busy role, I am able to deal with numerous tasks and clients at the same time whether it be business to business or business to consumer communication.
