      Alexandria Drive-In was a seasonal, COVID-19 related related drive-in movie theatre, running 2 seasons of shows in the second half of 2020. We developed ADI with 2 goals: get families safely out of their houses, and give back to our local charities. In our Pre-Launch phase, I designed and developed our website, configured our ticketing software, and fulfilled sponsorship packages. As Logistics Manager, I developed the run of show, ran the command tent on show nights, managed customer service and coordinated comms between ticketing, parking, and concessions. Like a typical startup, we 'minions' did a little of everything - including jump-starting cars when batteries failed! Results: --> we sold out all 6 shows within 4 days of website launch. --> Session 1 resulted in $36,000 going to 2 local charities.--> Solid positive feedback from attendees. Show less
