  As a client service representative at CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce), I serve clients with exceptional customer service. I assist clients with their inquiries, bank accounts concerns, and banking transactions by answering questions, solving banking issues, and providing updated information about new products and services. My daily duties involves cash and cheque deposits, balance inquiries, fund transfers, setting up pre-authorized payments, updating personal information, issuing debit cards, domestic wire transfers and foreign wire transfers, making bank drafts, certifying cheques, and bill payments. I also involve in investigating any account errors, or fraudulent activities, and take appropriate actions to clients' banking issues or problems. I also learn updated bank's digital platforms and technology as I have to assist clients with online and mobile banking to navigate the bank's website and apps. I have to maintain daily records of client interactions and transactions for future reference and compliance purposes.
