  I am currently working as an Aircraft Continuous Airworthiness Monitoring Engineer within the technical services department in Ryanair. This role involves multiple duties such as:• Management of Technical Library, ensuring documents such as AMM, IPC, CMMs are all up to date and available to engineers across the network. • Reviewing, development and publication of each AOCs MEL and working with authorities answering any questions or queries regarding the MEL during development.• Management and distribution of ARC findings, ensuring they are closed out in a timely manner and trending data to make suggestions and amendments to the maintenance program or procedures to reduce findings.• Assisting the IAA during physical ACAM surveys (Aircraft Continuous Airworthiness Monitoring Surveys) Answering any questions or queries at the time of the inspection and providing corrective action plans and closures for any findings issued, and ensuring effective preventive measures are put in place if required. • I am also currently working on developing new processes to better streamline and automate duties within the department and allow for better CAMO oversight such as automated trackers, ticketing and approval systems.
