      AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organization developing the leadership potential of young people. Students and recent graduates are given the opportunity to intern or volunteer abroad within partner organizations. From January to May 2014 I was a team member of the external relations team, encouraging Belgian companies to recruit trainees from AIESEC. Afterwards I had the opportunity to lead a team of 4 members in this department.
