  EPEC is the official student council of VIT Pune, that organize events for the students across the college and India. Being a Vice Chairperson of the team, I am leading a team of 61 Secretaries, 250 Coordinators and 700 Volunteers. My duties mostly include planning and execution of different events. While leading the team I am developing my problem solved, decision making skills.While working on this position I am looking over finance, Marketing, Social media as well as Branding, For every event to be successful we need to keep updating plans as well as management and hence this is helping me in terms of being adaptable for every situation and plan. Overall team count of the council is almost 900 and hence I am learning how to work with the team, how to work in collaboration and maintain good team bonding Show less While working on this post, I was responsible for managing and conducting induction programme for 1400 freshers where I developed my communication and public relations skills. Along with this I supervised over 42 different clubs of the college having technical as well as non technical domains. Working on this position was really a good experience for me as it added and improved my technical as well as non technical skills.Along with this I have supervised over all the documentation part that NAAC or any committee that visits the college that overall helped me in being organised and up to date about my work.
