  I became a landlord in 2015 when I moved into rented accommodation with the Navy and retained my old house in Loughborough. Since then I have progressed in knowledge and experience. In a partnership I bought and refurbished two student houses to a very high standard in very tight timeframes. I have now struck out on my own and branched into commercial property alongside HMO's. I continue to develop my knowledge and experience and always look to learn from others in the industry.
