      BSS Monitoring of 2G network element , alerting problem logging and performance information on the 24x7 basis using Ericsson (OSS,OPS) and Huawei iManage (MOS5100, MOS7100, MOS2000).Checking the Dip of the site, to confirmed the status of the site, Power issue and Transmission issue (ABL; WO, AIS, LOF, RDI, NOON, MBL).Escalation of Alarms, site on battery using ESM_Client software (INLALA Engineering Support Manager)Escalation of triggered issues to the appropriate parties to ensure the most efficient and expedient means to the problem resolution to reduce to number of outages to minimal.Document all events that transpire during shit and escalate alerts when needed.Preparing turn over reports for the on-coming shifts personnel to ensure follow up on outstanding issues, continuity of operation and all documented NOC standard and procedures.Reconciliation report for 2G surveillance BSS, weekly report, daily outage report and monthly outage report for site down on power and transmission/microwaves .Sending of hourly update via email to report all the activities of the network to the appropriate quartersFaults escalated to FME's are coordinated remotely and promptly till closure.Coordination and documentation of Preventive Maintenance.Ensure proper Trouble Ticket management and auditing by ensuring trouble tickets are properly opened, well updated and closed on time.To optimize the best practice by resolving incidents/problems within or less than the given Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) period.Provide round the clock surveillance troubleshooting, controlling and resolving of all network related faults.
