  I am taking care of 3 department at titan company limited.1. Production-Working on cost reductions based on material, machine, methods. Responsible for NPD pilot assembly.➢ Evaluation of the NPD lots ( Pilot Productivity Improvement (Line Balancing Automation).➢ Responsible for “5S” and Kaizen activity.➢ Providing technical inputs for selection & commissioning of new line.➢ Controlling production floor activities through daily work management.➢ Manpower handling.➢ To co-ordinate with central planning, store and QC Deptt.➢ Responsibilities for job set up and Production Planning.➢ Conducting morning meeting on daily basis before shift starts in order to improve productivity.➢ Responsible for achievement of production as per daily shift schedule. ➢ Proper maintaining of machine, material and tool.➢ Process improvement through 5S /3M/3G.2. Quality engineering department (QED):-Root cause analysis of defects. ➢ Evaluation of the NPD lots ( Pilot assembly) including dimensional Inspection, drop test, push & pull foce with push pull gauge etc.➢ Preparing the document & WR (Water resistance)Program for new product i.e., Check sheets, Inspection report and Work Instructions.➢ Coordination with design and NPD team for correction in drawing of a particular component. ➢ Responsible for new project.➢ Monthly visit of OGQ defect and categorized on the basis of de-merit score.➢ Responsible for in-process quality where process, product and tool are major focus area.➢ Responsible for SAP new initiative.➢ Safety coordinator of assembly.➢ Making VSM and 5 why analysis for problem solving. ➢ Maintain and implementation of kaizen and 5 S on shop floor.➢ Calibration of inpector by using AAA method of six sigma.3. In- process department:-➢ To ensure zero process failure.➢ To do the kaizen related to process, product and tools. Show less
