Seconded as Interim Services Product Line Architect since 1st June 2024. Provided expert solutions and advice to create customer and business value in the design and provision of services. Worked collaboratively within multi entity and international teams. Conducted support solution modelling in Thales UK's largest services contract to optimise system and business effectiveness. Held technical management of a team of engineers and analysts. Provided subject matter expertise to drive several digital transformation initiatives. Produced LSA and ARM studies on advanced maritime projects. Responsible for delivering outcomes of analyses to internal and external customers. Authority on support solution modelling within Thales Templecombe. Managed data within an LSAR. Started on a Level 3 Apprenticeship framework, which was completed in a little over a year. Then progressed to complete a Higher Apprenticeship. Concurrently, heavily involved in most aspects of Supportability Engineering on Maritime systems, with a key focus on ARM (Availability, Reliability and Maintainability) Engineering.
