Responsible for day to day running of a number of housing developments, preparing detailed calculations, details and information for AutoCAD operators. Liasing with in house Architectural, Civils and Services groups and external consultantsQuality Control Manager from August 2002 to May 2006. Joined the Construction Department and set up the Quality Control Systems within Fairview, this included an inspection and reporting system, together with checklists and Best Practice documentation.   Joined Durkan to take forward a very basic quality control system (just a few checklists) Updated and enlarged checklist systems. Carried out inspection of all sites and produced reporting and scoring system for contractors and sites. Introduced Best Practice Guides and Quality Bulletins. Carried out a number of presentations relating to Quality Control procedures and documentation within Durkan. Part of the original Best Practice Group to review Customer Services issues in order to produce better design and build. Worked on two PassivHause projects, including carrying out in-house air leakage testing. Show less
