I orriginal joined the company in the Equipment delivery team involving the distribution and installation/ support or hardware across the EDS / Rolls Royce account. I then served some time under the project management team and eventually settled into Network distribution team. Finally myself and several other colleagues with simlar experience were pulled together to work for a "quick hit" express team which enabled us to perform tasks for any of the previously mentioned teams to fulfil priority jobs.   I began my carreer at Bit-arts after moving on from the position at EDS. The company interested me due to it's technology and potential. I orriginally worked under an ex-EDS colleague Russell Aram (someone who I have a great deal of respect for) who was in my previous team in EDS.At first my roles at Bit-arts were simply to support the growning client base however with new technology constantly being developed and new customer requirements on the horizon I found I had to continually adapt and add to my skill set. The duties of general support soon passed into a QA and installation area and eventually progressed into pre-sales support and Sales information. Eventually I became a senior support member and team leader for the support and qa teams however I have since moved on to a consultant role for Bitarts clients under a company contract with SmarteSolutions. This role takes place via telephone, email, control panel and Virtual Private network access.
