  Responsibilities:• Review the project documents (IFC, Technical specifications, BOQ, etc.).• Perform a detailed technical review on all mechanical systems ensuring that thedesign meets international standards such as ASHRAE (HVAC), NFPA(Firefighting), UPC and IPC (Plumbing) as well as the standard local codes.• Provide detailed calculations for each system ensuring functionality and determiningthe sizing and capacities for each system component.• Prepare detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software for all mechanicaldisciplines: - HVAC systems. - Firefighting systems. - Plumbing (Water supply and drainage) systems - Infrastructure works• Coordinate all mechanical systems with each other and with electrical, architectural,and structural plans and solve any clashes between systems• Create a composite plan and provide sections in crowded areas verifying harmonybetween systems.• Create the requests for information (RFIs) and the site clarification requests (SCRs)for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise duringconstruction.• Participate in solving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems thatmay arise during construction and report to the technical office Manager fordiscussion and proper solution.• Perform take-off, ongoing and final quantity surveying as per project requirements.• Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand them over to the projectconsultant.• Coordinate with the various Project Managers to identify project services andrequirements (including material, equipment, services, etc.).• Follow up on all project activities according to the time schedule of each project.Projects:• ALBUROUJ District Cooling Plant. - Ismailia road, Cairo, Egypt.• ALBUROUJ SMART VILLAGE EAST. - Ismailia road, Cairo, Egypt.• ALBUROUJ COMPOUND. - Ismailia road, Cairo, Egypt.
