  Co-Founded Intercom Ventures, LLC (IV) in February of 2006. IV is one of the first companies in the world to utilize IPTV, via Set Top Boxes, to broadcast linear TV channels around the Globe. Spearheaded the following enterprises:In 2006, IV introduced ShqipTV, its first IPTV platform, to the Albanian Diaspora in Europe and North America. In 2007, IV introduced BosnaTV to the Bosnian Diaspora in Europe and North America.In 2010, through IV, co-founded and had a majority share in Katalyst, LLC. Katalyst, LLC entered into a partnership with Joe Hand Productions. Joe hand had exclusive rights to broadcast Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) events in commercial establishments in the US. Katalyst and Joe Hand entered into an Agreement where all future UFC events, in commercial establishments, would be broadcast using IV's IPTV technology. In 2012, IV introduced PolTV to the Polish Diaspora in North America.In 2017, through IV, co-founded and is the majority shareholder of Intercom Ventures Kosovo, LLC (IVK).Over $5,000,000 were raised, from private investors, to support the above mentioned enterprises. Since its inception, IV's IPTV platforms have grown to serve subscribers in over 40 countries.On November, 2011 was a panelist on the Washington Post Live forum "Exporting for Growth" series. The panel discussed how to create jobs through exports. Panelists included Julie Carducci, Director of the U.S. Commercial Service in Chicago; Frank Lavin, Former Under Secretary for International Trade at the U.S. Department of Commerce; and Tony Hoti, President of Intercom Ventures. BosnaTV was owned and operated by Intercom Ventures, LLC until its sale in June 2014.Lead the charge in setting up the costumer service and technical support for BosnaTV in Chicago, IL.Spearheaded the negotiations with all the content providers (TV Channels) in Bosnia and Hercegovina. BosnaTV had the most comprehensive TV channel lineup of any Bosnian TV service in the countries it operated.Was head of negotiations that lead to the multi million dollar sale of BosnaTV. Show less

  Intercom Poland was a joint venture between Intercom Ventures, LLC and Katalyst, LLC. Intercom Poland, LLC owned and operated PolTV, an IPTV platform which catered to the Polish Diaspora in US and Canada.Was charged with and lead the negotiations with all the content providers (TV networks/channels) who later became part of the PolTV platform.PolTV was the fist and, at the time, the only TV platform to carry the channels of the two largest networks in Poland, TVN and TVP. Both TVN and TVP were present in the US and Canada for many years, as competitors. TVN was present in Dish Network and TVP was present in Comcast and Globecast. PolTV, through months of negotiations, was able to succeed, where many companies had failed, and bring TVN and TVP under the same roof. Show less
