  I managed multiple grant funding and employee volunteering projects simultaneously, working with a range of budgets, partners (Corporates, Charitable Trusts and Foundations, Councils, Housing Associations) and other stakeholders (volunteer groups, small charities, video production companies). Will regularly monitor, evaluate, report and present work to partners. Ensure key milestones are met and projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget. Managed online network of volunteer groups and small charities, devised and ran projects to promote website engagement, developed relationships with key member groups to establish partnerships, wrote and implemented community strategy, tracked and analysed website metrics, organised and presented at local and regional events to build community and brand awareness. Identified and brokered community group and charity activities with employee volunteers, produced resources (risk assessments, project briefs, checklists) for host groups, trained key volunteers and host groups to support volunteering activity planning, development and delivery. Created social media content, wrote newsletters, blogs and press releases to showcase good news stories.
