Ghost contracting (aka Contract Auto Roll) is the concept of rolling over contracts of on behalf of Operations when they cannot roll over these contracts either due to time constraints of lack of information from Agencies or other parties.   Enhanced the System to work in clustered environment, which has helped testers to have multiple environments for testing on same machine. This project is to support the different clusters in system, so that user can view data related only with their clusters. In this a new column was added in almost all the tables of existing schema. Implemented the Clone_cluster function which creates a new cluster by copying the data from existing cluster for around 30 configuration tables.
