      EMS Team in brief:Enterprise management solutions team is the team responsible for delivering HPE Software solutions for OMS customers, we are involved in the E2E delivery cycle from the tender reading and solution design till after going live support inclusive of all sales and pre-sales meetings, project delivery and Go Live activities.EMS Team Manager responsibilities: Managing a team of highly qualified technical leads and consultants, contributing in the company’s growth plan and revenue generation by participating in HPE software project delivery and pre-sales.- Ensuring EMS Practice and Individual KPI’s and Metrics as defined are achieved.- Planning individual and practice wide readiness plans to contribute to our sales pipe line projections.- Team allocation to projects delivery and pre-sales activities.- Capacity management, hiring and retention plans for EMS team.- Ensuring deliverables to Customer Delivery and customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes.- Collaborate with PMO on project plans and team travel plans.- Provide guidance for team members through non-technical coaching and mentoring for people development.- Participate in projects kick off, steering committee, closure, solution presentations and sales meetings.- Performing team appraisal and objective setting on yearly basis contributing to the company objectives and directives.- Team monthly review meetings to discuss running projects and team updates.- Participating in sales pipe line review meetings.- Responsible for team profitability and revenue growth.
