Developed the entire SOP for the activity, selecting team members and rotating them if needed. Assessed the performance of every team member at the end of each month by creating a scheme of tiered payroll and bonus system based on the sales performance of sales team which will then decide their salaries.

  Authentic Learning System Indonesia is an HR Consultant Company that offers assessment, research, and training to various clients. I was responsible in improving the effectiveness and and efficiency of one of their client’s HR Department, Honda Imora. I was tasked in designing a new HR policy which affects the whole company. Began with an HR audit routine by assessing the phase that the company is in. I used Greiner’s Growth Model to accomplish this. I also analysed the existing working culture of the company by using Organisational Culture Assessment Instrument, and identified the barrier that prevented positive changes from happening. My work there resulted in steps on the HR transformation, such as a new competency dictionary, new KPIs, and new HRIS design. Show less
