  I assisted PhD candidate Seymur Mirzabayov in his doctoral research titled "System software mechanism for selecting suitable AI based Load Balancing algorithm to support dynamic and interactive events in distributed exascale systems". I helped develop a mathematical model to distinguish between normal and dynamic process requests, optimizing workload distribution in real-time. Using C++, I implemented high-performance computing (HPC) components to improve system efficiency in distributed environments. I also used Python to design simulations that modeled the effects of dynamic behaviors like process formation, communication, and interaction on system performance. These simulations contributed to creating a state-transition graph to better understand how processes interact with resources. To improve load balancing, I integrated machine learning algorithms like support vector machines (SVMs) and random forests to predict workload fluctuations based on past behavior, enabling proactive load redistribution. I conducted data analysis using Python, applying statistical modeling, regression analysis, and clustering to refine the models. Additionally, I assisted in deploying and orchestrating the experimental environment with Docker and Kubernetes, utilizing Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for scalable cloud testing of distributed load balancing strategies in HPC systems.Unfortunately, Mr. Mirzabayov changed the focus of his dissertation in November 2023, and as a result, this research was not published.
