      I completed 3 years on site traineeship in textiles and fabrication. My training was all on site based, even my exams were sent via correspondence and I was reviewed quarterly by an on site trainer. During the second year of this traineeship I was promoted to basically the operations manager of the business I was working for, Constable Printing.

      I completed 3 years of a textiles and fabrication traineeship whilst working at Constable of a total period of 5 years. Within my second year working at Constable I was promoted to basically an Operations Manager position, without the official title but I was overseeing all aspects of the business apart from accounting.
