  :- In SMFAPL I have done one project of 0.6mtpa Pellet Plant.:- Also some time I'm worked maintenance of running Pellet Plant 1 of this company.:- Here I'm find more chances to learn about planning of job on the site, manpower distribution according job, study of drawing & some technical issues solution and how a breakdown plant taked in normal with the help of engineers, technician & manpowerI have done three times breakdown maintenance in which old TG chain change & assembled by new, old stripper plate changing by new, one side TG wall plate fabricated & fitting welding on main drive, liner fitting, anker plate welding of TG wall, press bord & mid seal changing in PH -2 zone, TG all primary gearbox replacement done by spare gearbox, TG return & hollow shaft bearing and wheel and sprocket and hollow shaft changing by new, kiln discharge fals corn fitting by new, kiln discharge spring water line welding, cooler arm wheel bearing & support roller work and plant taking normal.:- In proactive maintenance I have complete overhauling of TG main drive primary gearbox, balling Disc gearbox, roller screen spare gear motor.:- Under reliability maintenance we have stand new equipment in project.
