  From April 2013 I moved to Amity Ventures as Direct Tyre relocated to Skelmersdale. I work as a management accountant where I get subcontracted out to 7 different companies. My main duties are to complete monthly/quarterly management accounts for each company. Each one has different deadlines I must meet.My other daily duties were:- Forecasting budgets/forecasts - Managing financial accounts including budgets and cash flow.- Fixed asset accounting, registers, reconciliations, and deprecation journals- Vat returns- Managing suppliers/customer relationships- Chaps. Bacs and Cheque Payments.- Preparation of various reports for directors.- Preparing and posting accruals & prepayments schedules- Maintaining the general ledger- P&L and balance sheet reporting- Supervising junior financial staff- Ensuring that information is accurately collated and entered onto the system.- PAYE / VAT ReconciliationsAll of my duties vary from using sage 50 or excel, all my forecasts, cash flows, fixed assets and accounts are all on excel and the bookkeeping is all on sage line 50.the companies I work with are widely ranged from property, warehousing and food ingredients.
