Discuss with the vessel foreman, gear locker in charge / supervisor for this cargo safety gear and recommends replacement if possible. Prepares Safety / Security violation report to employees caught not wearing the necessary PPE’s, smoking at NON-Smoking designated areas or other violations which are necessarily covered by the personnel manual policy.
