  I joined Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc (which started operations in March 2003 as Infinity Trust Savings and Loans Limited) in September 2004 as acting General Manager/COO with sole responsibility of re-positioning the mortgage bank which at that time was facing serious liquidity challenges. Less than a month of joining the bank, I recieved a letter to wind down the operation from CBN because the capital had been completely eroded by poor management leaving a negative shareholders'​ funds. Also, being a new mortgage bank, final approval was yet to be given for the operations and the appointed directors. Through my strategic management style, by June 2006, the young mortgage bank became solvent, all regulatory approvals gotten and recorded the first ever profit by that year end. The board confirmed me as the substantive MD/CEO that year. Today, Infinity Homes(Trade mark) is one of the 10 National Mortgage banks with share capital of over N5billion. The bank was listed in 2013 on the main board of the Nigeria Stock exchange. It is rated as one of the 50 most capitalised listed firms in Nigeria. The bank is rated BB+ positive, A3 stable by an international rating organization, Global Credit Rating (GCR). Infinity has unbroken record of nine years dividend pay out. No mortgage bank in Nigeria has attained this feat, which was made possible by the quality of leadership and direction I provided. Infinity Homes, under my leadership has contributed significantly to the provision of functional and quality housing development in Nigeria through real estate development finance. Few of the estates financed are Suncity, a 2000 dwelling housing estates located in Abuja; Model City, Vintage Estate, etc. Over 2000 Nigerians have also benefited from the bank's homeownership products, including Nigerians in diasporas.
