      I was hired part-time as an ultrasound tech assistant responsible for scheduling high risk ultrasounds to outside facilities, pre-certification with insurance companies, and heavy contact with the patient to inform them of their appointments as well as mail out their information packets. I was later promoted to a full time position as a front desk receptionist where I scheduled appointments, checked patients in/out, collecting co-pays, data entry, and copying medical records.
