      I am currently working with Balfour Beatty Workplace at Dungeness B Power Station in the position of Deputy Office Services Manager. My main responsibility at this present time is the budget control for 2010 / 2011 and also the contract re-shape. As part of the budget reshape I have been working closely with suppliers / subcontractors to negotiate lower prices for longer contract commitments, this has given me the opportunity to create relationships with our external suppliers / subcontractors therefore improving service received.Taking on these roles mean I have been working closely with our SGM and also liaising closely with our EDF Energy contact manager to ensure the budget is adhered to.My role includes managing not only the administration team, but also managing their time.
