  Advise, assist, and train SOCOM / TSOC Priority Partner Nations in the development of Special Operations Aviation capabilities in support of the SOF network enterprise. After initial assessment of current capabilities we develop long term engagement plans to achieve the desired capability end-states. This effort requires coordination with US Embassy Country Teams, Foriegn Ministries of Defense, US Security Assistance, Host Nation rotary wing aviation units, and US conventional units.
