      Jun 2012 - Jul 2016

Following an internal promotion, to the SMB Technical Team my focus has moved to solely assisting external customers with a wide range of issues within the helpdesk environment. Regular contractual site visits have also been completed alongside reactive visits where required. A key driver for the SMB Division, has been migrating customers to a cloud focused environment utilising the current Microsoft offering of Office 365 and Azure Cloud Platform. This has resulted in a number of projects to complete migrations to the new environment and subsequent support of companies within this environment. Show less
