These 300+ accounts include gyms, yoga studios, fitness centers, local sports teams, and beyond. We partner with the most influential businesses that can grow the lululemon brand and drive revenue to our own vertical channels. A visual merchandiser for store opening support, or VMSOS, is responsible for training, upholding standard operation procedures, and executing all current visual standards during turnover. In addition to working closely with each stores' varying inventory selection, there is an expectation to fill the space with appropriate props and or finishing touches. Sense of urgency and attention to detail is required for this role as some projects occur in a short amount of time. The store manager is able to see what's possible for the business, their people and the surrounding community. They create strategy to transform those possibilities into tangible results. Understanding that everything the team and the store manager does impacts guest experience and the brand. The employee experience is as-important as our guest experience.
