ASAI has operating in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Philippines Myanmar, Cambodia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda Nigeria, Ghana and Sierra Leone. •As on June 2021 ASAI has opened 2036 branches, provided micro financial services to the 2.3 million active clients with $ 400 plus million outstanding loan portfolio in all entities. • ASA International Holding Ltd. In 100% owned by CMI but model has originated from ASA –Bangladesh. ASA is the most popular service provider and most cost effective and sustainable MFI, to poverty alleviation and largest sustainable MFI in the world, which is providing micro financial services to the 7.5 million members (6.5 million borrowers) and operating 64 districts by 2,991 branches in Bangladesh.
