  In my current role, I lead BYU Evening Classes, BYU Salt Lake Center, BYU FlexGE, Bachelor of General Studies (BGS), the Office of Visiting Students and dedicated advisement services, by coordinating logistical efforts to ensure a seamless and enriching educational experiences for our students.Collaborating with academic colleges and departments, we strive to create an environment that fosters meaningful connections and learning experiences. Simultaneously, my role involves overseeing academic advisement for BYU FlexGE, BGS, and Visiting Students, where I chair the BYU BGS Advisory Committee, ensuring a supportive and tailored approach. Managing personnel is not just about clearances, hiring, and contracts; it's about creating a culture where faculty and staff feel valued and empowered. Additionally, administering student scholarships and financial assistance involves more than compliance; it's a genuine commitment to supporting CE-Enrolled students in their academic journey and collaborating with fellow CE leaders to ensure alignment with the BYU Mission and Aims, applicable laws, governmental regulations, and university policies.
