Also checking the chemistry with the help of Optical Emission Spectrometer and LECO (O2 and N2).TEM analysis of Line Pipe Steel sample for the analysis of the precipitates and formation of dislocation and sub grains in a particular grain in collaboration with IIT Madras under the guidance of Dr B S Murthy.Texture analysis of various steels with respect to high angle grain boundary, formability and improvement in the electrical properties.Highlights Consistently got 4 out of 5 (above Expectation) rating for 5 years for my performance at ESSAR Steel Ltd.Analysing the DWTT properties of the line pipe steel with the help of TEM and EBSD studies. Checking the texture obtained respect to property.Failure Investigation of the super alloy (INCONEL 600, 800HT), stainless steel components used in high temperature application in steel industries.Failure Investigation carried out in plant for Hot Strip Mill Rolls, Caster Rolls, Crane wheels, Stainless steel Hoses, Bolts etc. and saving cost of the plant.
