Here, manpower is very high resulting in having different departments of HR . here my topic was HR ( personal ). Under my department was recruitment, training and development. I gained various knowledge and real life work experiences there in recruitment process. during recruitment , CCL takes its employees through two ways which are - executive and non executive process. Through executive process they hire employees and people got the job from other method due the law in our country which states that children will get their job when their parent dies without completing his job time. SRC work was under my surveillance where most of the work was spent for rural development. Funds were spent by CCL for all rural developments for which there was first work orders was established. after completion of billing the development work started there. Show less
