      Operations NCO in a Brigade Level Command comprised of three battalions and one direct reporting company. Collects, interprets, analyzes, evaluates, and disseminate information and data in support of operational plans and orders (written communication). Advised operations section in the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) to analyze problems, produce courses of action solutions and issue timely orders and synchronize the execution of operations. Gathered, analyzed, and organized qualitative and quantitative data in quarterly reports that addressed personnel, training, and equipment serviceability and readiness; providing finding reports to the National Guard’s top-level management. Manages a common operating picture using Microsoft TEAMs that shares information to subordinate units and top-level management. Establish objectives, goals and set deadlines for subordinate units, which improved communication/production, and increased the quality of work from full/part time Soldiers. Senior Enlisted Leader providing Career Management and Soldier Development Mentorship guiding Soldiers in their career planning and identifying individual strength and developmental areas. Serve as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Company Commander, managing the planning, resourcing, facilitation, and evaluation of training. Write and publish weekly communication with important updates that is distributed by email to all subordinate units: interpersonal skills. Develope performance standards; evaluate employee performance by writing performance evaluations using the organization’s evaluation system and make recommendations for retention or dismissal of individuals. Show less Serves as the primary advisor to the Regiment Commander for the conduct of training for all coursesconducted as it pertains to the Army Enterprise Accreditation Standards. Coordination with the BranchChief’s and the Operations NCOIC’s is a must in facilitating a checks and balances to the application oftraining being conducted as prescribed in the Course Management Plan (CMP)/Program of Instruction (POI)/Instructor Certification Program (ICP)/ SOP’s/ and the TRADOC Quality Assurance Program. Assists the BN QA’s in their self assessment evaluations for all courses and works with the Commander and the applicable Branch Chief to develop a get-well plan to meet the Army Enterprise Accreditation Standards. Assists the Operations NCOIC and ensures the administrative policies and procedures are carried out, coordinates the functions of the Operation Section, maintains statistics on operational capabilities and performance of subordinate units, establishes and maintains liaison with supported Battalions, and supervises documentation and reporting procedures, and provides oversight of training within the unit and functionally aligned companies. Assists the Battalions and functionally aligned companies on the Army Enterprise Accreditation Standards. Responsible for all pay, personnel, administrative and logistical activities and readiness status. Review training schedules and annual training plans. Ensureinput of MOSQ, NCOES, individual and collective training is completed through DTMS, ATRRS, and DAMPS. Manage all personnel and pay actions for the unit through IPPS-A, MyUnitPay, DTS, and iPERMS. Manage flight schedules for enlisted UH-60 and LUH-72 crew chiefs. Requisitions, receives, issues and accounts for a wide variety of supplies and equipment. Conducts inventories, which requires considerable knowledge of the equipment and components. Ensures that supplies such as rations, ammunition and equipment are on hand to support the training mission of the unit. Manages all logistic and maintenance support through PBUSE, GPC, and KIRS. Coordinates maintenance and repair of unit equipment. Conducts unit level inspections to prepare for CSDP, OIP, CIP and other logistical programs.
