Jun 2007 - nowCurrent Job Profile Material Projections & Planning: To ensure a month before every Qtr beginning, Material are planned for all region for service delivery & assurance. To Determine Material to be ordered based on existing stock levels, consumption trends & projection. To ensure Material planning group meeting on a monthly basis to review actual consumption and forecasting trend to do delta ordering. To ensure consumption is given at month end to SCM for all items issued to I&R vendor for both TTL and TCL material. Procurement :- Material Ordering, Raising PR/PO and Materials Delivery: Raising of PR for the all regions requirements by consolidating all regional requirements / based on GADs given by Product/AOP and get the same approved from all levels & get the PO released. Raising PO for OLA items (Limited Resp.) and for Non – OLA within TAT. Post Release of PO; follow up with vendors for delivery and send despatch plans to all regional material leads for tracking of material delivery to the warehouse. Projections for Wireless materials - Projections need to be sent to DIESL and day to day follow-up to be done with DIESL (Vendor) as per regional requirement for despatch and stock transfer. Timely Vendor Payments and Reconciliation with Vendors: Ensuring vendor payment in time and GR-IR parking in time and solving all vendor grievances related to payment. Taking NOC from all vendors on a quarterly basis. To ensure forecast is given to vendor and there are no vendor grievances. Inventory and Budget Control(Capex and Opex Control) Control over Capex and Opex through control on budget enhancement for all the regions.
